Which aggregators does TrailGuard support?
TrailGuard is built specifically for SFG commission reports and reads them in the format SFG sends them — including the monthly invoice workbooks. Support for other aggregators is planned; if you use a different aggregator, get in touch and we'll let you know when it's ready.
What file formats can I upload?
Excel (.xlsx, .xls) and CSV files — the same format your aggregator gives you. There's no need to reformat or clean the data first. Files up to 20 MB are supported.
Is my commission data private?
Yes. Every broker's data is completely isolated to their own account. No other user can see your loans, reports, or analysis. Passwords are securely hashed, and we never share your data with lenders, aggregators, or third parties.
How does the free trial work?
You get 3 months of full access with no credit card required. During the trial you can upload up to 6 monthly reports — your last 6 months of commission statements — at any report size, so you can see TrailGuard working on your real book before you pay anything.
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Absolutely. There are no lock-in contracts. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account settings at any time. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How does TrailGuard detect missing commission?
We compare each new report against your upload history. If a loan that previously paid trail suddenly pays nothing — but still has a balance — we flag it. We do the same for upfront commission against settled loans, and surface lower-than-expected payments and dropped loans.
What if my report has an error or won't upload?
TrailGuard validates every file and tells you in plain English what's wrong — for example, a missing required column or an unsupported format. If a genuine report won't process, contact us and we'll help map your aggregator's format.
