TrailGuard provides analysis of commission reports you upload. The analysis is provided as a decision-support tool. You remain responsible for verifying any commission discrepancy with your aggregator or lender. TrailGuard does not guarantee recovery of any amount.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the current billing period. Free trials convert only if you choose a paid plan.
You agree to upload only data you are authorised to process, and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, TrailGuard is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
